Our Terms

  • Low Placement Fee: We understand that recruitment fees can be a concern for businesses, which is why we offer a low placement fee of 10%-15%. Our goal is to help you find the right candidate without breaking the bank.
  • 3 Month Rebate: We work closely with you to find the right person for your IT roles in London. However, if things do not work out as planned, we have a 3-month rebate guarantee.
  • Flexible Payments: We can offer clients a pay-in-3 model to split your fee over 3 months if required, to help manage business cashflow.
  • % Based Recruitment (No placement, no fee!): We offer tailored solutions to each of our clients.
    • Our tech fees are between 12.5% across all level roles.
    • A standard 3 month sliding scale rebate/Refund across all roles.
      • 0-4 weeks: 100%
      • 5-8 weeks: 50%
      • 9-12 weeks: 25%
    • Flexible Payment terms.
